Schedule

March to November

The Banda Islands, nestled in the Banda Sea approximately 2,000 kilometers east of Java, are a captivating group of ten small volcanic islands. These islands boast spectacular landscapes and a rich historical tapestry, having been the world’s sole source of nutmeg and mace during the colonial era. This unique distinction made them highly coveted assets, with the Portuguese, Dutch, and British each leaving their mark over the centuries. Guests to the Banda Islands will discover remnants of this storied past in the form of crumbling fortresses that dot the landscape. The islands are also renowned for their stunning natural beauty, featuring volcanoes and warm, turquoise seas that invite exploration and relaxation. Additionally, the Bandas are celebrated for offering some of the best diving experiences globally, with their remote and pristine environment providing a haven for diverse marine life.

This combination of historical significance and natural beauty makes the Banda Islands a truly unique destination. Whether you're a history enthusiast eager to explore the vestiges of European empires or an adventure seeker looking for exceptional diving opportunities, these remote tropical isles offer an unforgettable experience for every guests. Raja Ampat is celebrated for its striking landscape that resembles the beauty of a Jurassic world, with over 1,500 scattered islands emerging like rough jewels from a cerulean sea. Situated off the northwest tip of New Guinea in Indonesia's West Papua Province, Raja Ampat offers an array of exploratory opportunities: from spelunking in prehistoric caves and visiting ancient tribal communities to kayaking along untouched coastlines and diving at sites renowned for recording the highest number of species in a single dive. The region's enchanting allure is further enhanced by its name, which translates to "Four Kings," rooted in local mythology. This lore recounts the tale of a woman who discovers seven mysterious eggs. From these, four hatch into kings who rule over Raja Ampat’s largest islands, Waigeo, Salawati, Batanta, and Misool, while the fate of the remaining three turns them into a ghost, a woman, and a stone. Upon arrival at Sorong airport, our welcoming crew will greet you with oshibori and refreshing mineral water, escorting you directly to the harbour to embark on your adventure. As we set sail towards Mioskon, you’re invited to relax on the sun deck, cooled by the gentle sea breeze, or recline on a day bed with a book, fully embracing the ocean's freedom and panoramic views. This journey is dedicated to helping you find your sea legs and savouring the pleasures of Raja Ampat.
